Get with us to schedule and plan your engagement session. We can help you with choosing the right location, picking out outfits and bringing your vision to life. During your session, we will guide you every step of the way as we document the prologue to your visual love story.

We're interested! How do we book?
Amazing! Once you're ready to move forward, let us know and we will send over a booking link. We’ll lock in your date with a signed contract and a retainer.

Is there a deposit/retainer?
Yes, we require a non-refundable retainer of $1,000 that is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. We also offer in house payment plans as well as Afterpay, Klarna and more.

How many hours do we need to book?
This is a great question! The Transient Collection including 7 hours of coverage is the most popular but every wedding is different. We are happy to discuss this with you in detail and help you make a decision but here are some helpful tips in the meantime. Some may or may not apply to your wedding day, these are just general tips to give you an idea of what you may need.
- We typically like to begin coverage an hour before you get dressed. Allowing us time to capture details and getting ready moments.
- If you aren't planning to do a first look, we recommend getting dressed approximately two hours prior to start of ceremony.
- If you are planning a first look, we recommend getting dressed approximately three hours prior to the start of the ceremony.
- Do not forget to schedule in time for family formals along with photos of you and your partner. We recommend scheduling 20-30 minutes during golden hour to capture the two of you.
- Make sure you account for any travel time if your wedding day will include multiple locations.
- We like to wrap up around 30-45 minutes into the dance floor opening.

Can we customize a collection?
Yes! We understand that every wedding is different and the collections we offer may not be the right fit for every couple.
Do you travel?
Absolutely! We love traveling and will even offer discounted rates if your location is on our bucket list.
Are there travel fees?
This depends on the location of your event. Typically, there is no fee for any location that is within a two hour drive from us in Bardstown, KY.
How long does it take to get our photos and video?
We understand how eager you are to receive your photos and video. We take great care in thoughtfully editing each image and moment. Our turnaround time is within 90 days to allow for that level of attention.
Do you offer albums or prints?
Yes! We offer luxury albums and prints while also including a print release so you have options and flexibility.
How far in advance should we book?
Popular dates can book up a year or more in advance, especially in summer and fall. We only take on a limited number of weddings per year so we are able to give each one our full attention. With that being said, the sooner you reach out, the better!
Can we see full wedding galleries?
Absolutely! We recommend all couples to view several full galleries to make sure our style aligns with what you're looking for.
How many photos will we receive?
We tell our couples to expect 50+ final images per hour of coverage booked. We do not send every single photo. We carefully select the images that best tell the full story of your day, without overwhelming you with duplicates.
What is included with your video collections?
Our video collections feature a cinematic film that captures the emotion and details of your day. Your footage is artfully edited to music, choosing the most special moments to create a timeless narrative. Your video can include audio from letters, vows, and speeches or you may choose to have music only.
Documentary style videos capturing full events from your wedding day may be added. (Full ceremony, first dance, speeches, etc.)
Do you offer a second shooter?
Yes! Our collections do not include a second shooter but we are always happy to add one for either photo, video or both. Benefits of having a second shooter include receiving a higher number of images and more footage leading to the inclusion of moments that may have otherwise been missed, different angles and perspectives and can sometimes help fit more into tighter timelines.
What if we do not need an engagement session?
We understand that an engagement session may not be in the cards for everyone. We like to offer them as a complimentary add on as it gives couples the added benefit of getting to know us better and feel more comfortable before the big day. With that being said, it is entirely optional and you may choose not to take advantage of the offer. It does not change the price for services.
