As a general guide, consider the parts of your day you’d like captured, whether you’re planning a first look, time for any travel between locations, and how long you’d like us to stay into the reception. We’ll create a personalized timeline to make sure everything flows beautifully.

A non-refundable retainer of $1,000 is due at the time of booking to reserve your date, along with a signed agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

We also offer flexible in-house payment plans, as well as options through Afterpay, Klarna, and other providers, to make the process as smooth and accessible as possible.

Yes, absolutely! While we are based in Kentucky, we love traveling for weddings and are always excited to document love stories in new places. Travel fees vary by location, and in some cases, we may offer discounted rates for destinations on our bucket list.

You can expect a small preview gallery within a few days of your wedding. Your full photo gallery and finished films are then delivered within 90 days, allowing us to give every moment the attention it deserves.

Your finished images and videos are delivered through a private online gallery, making it easy to view, download, and share your memories with family and friends.

From your gallery, you will be able to download high resolution files, create favorites lists, and revisit your story anytime, from any device.

Your gallery is thoughtfully organized and designed to feel like a keepsake. Simple, beautiful, and easy to use.

You can expect an average of 50 or more final images per hour of coverage. Rather than delivering every single photo, we carefully curate your gallery to include the images that best tell the full story of your day, without overwhelming you with duplicates.

Each collection is thoughtfully edited to reflect our signature style and storytelling approach.

Our video collections feature a cinematic highlight video that captures the emotion, movement, and details of your day. Each film is artfully edited to music, thoughtfully weaving together the most meaningful moments into a timeless narrative.

Your video may include audio from letters, vows, and speeches, or you may choose a music only edit, depending on your preference.

Documentary style films of full events such as your ceremony, first dance, and speeches may also be added, allowing you to relive those moments in their entirety.

Yes. We offer the option to order luxury albums through us, as well as professional-quality prints directly through your online gallery. Every collection includes a print release, giving you the freedom and flexibility to print and share your images however you choose.

Our standard collections do not include a second shooter, but one may be added for photography, videography, or both.

Adding a second shooter allows for additional coverage, more images and footage, and multiple perspectives throughout the day. It can also be especially helpful for tighter timelines or events happening simultaneously, helping ensure no meaningful moments are missed.

Not at all. Engagement sessions are completely optional. We offer them as a complimentary add on because they give you a chance to get to know us, feel more comfortable in front of the camera, and ease into the experience before your wedding day.

That said, we understand that they are not the right fit for everyone. Choosing not to include an engagement session does not affect your collection or pricing in any way.
